I was around in the 70's, but Rod Stewart (sp?) was never my idea of a sex symbol or a great singer. I've always considered him a perv, marrying younger and younger blond chicks as he gets older and older.

Leif Garrett - I think (s)he was a famous skateboarder in the 70's, world champ and all that stuff. I seem to remember he also assaulted peoples ears on a couple of occasions with some disco stylee records.
