Doctor Who Season 3

So you'll know what I'm talking about that connects the end of Torchwood with the new series of Doctor Who. I know people will probably know but I liked the way they did it at the end of Torchwood.

To be honest it'll take a lot to get me past the fact that Freema used to be in Crossroads.
I liked her as Martha though. Thought she was very good. First episode of the new series was great. Anne Reid was marvellous too!

So what is the deal with Mr Saxon? He was mentioned in "The Runaway Bride" at Christmas too.

Was wondering what had happened to you Screwnutty. For someone obsessed with the show I thought you would've posted sooner.

Oh you know....Time and space. Busy saving the Earth! :D Actually I've been really busy and haven't been on Jub for awhile....and also I was just kindof getting tired of seeing the same old links and same old arguements.

Ahhh well *SPOILER ALERT!*

Mr. Saxon will be played by the guy who was in some Mars show over there in UK. Thing is, it's a rumour that he's been casted as the Doctor's Greatest Nemesis............................................... THE MASTER!

Now we seen the master get killed in the fox movie but he survived as some type of serpent thingy and possessed a human only to get sucked in the eye of harmony. He must have survived and got released with the destruction of the timelord race in the Great Time War!

Ok kicked ass. yes I connected Torchwood's end with Doctor Who hell the whole of Torchwood was worth those last 9 mins. Torchwood I enjoyed, but I'll always like the parent show better. Freema really shows how bad an actor Billie was seriously I never understood why she's rave about hell through the 2 seasons she was in she couldn't keep a London accent!

Can't agree about Billie Piper. She was great in Doctor Who and Shakespeare Retold.

Same Here!

Loved Billie Piper and was really sad to see her leave the show.

Another really good episode tonight. It was quite funny especially with the references to famous Shakespeare lines and Harry Potter. It certainly added some authenticity to the show that they were allowed to film in the Globe theatre in London. I like that they still mention Rose and haven't just forgotten about her.

Next week's episode looks REALLY good.

This is a rumour!!!!1

but anyway apparently there going to bring back the timelady the Rani as the big bad in the next series. this series its going to be the MASTER. i never got along with rowan atkinson as the doctor though.

i think that Freema Agyeman is far better than Rose, shes much fitter anyway.

SPOILER!!!!!

next week or the week after Dalek Sec (the dude from the genesis arc in season 2 finale who teleported away near the end) tries to create a Dalek-Human hybrid in the sewers of manhattan. thats gonna be funny.

13 regular episodes a year
Remember the episodes are longer than they used to be and it's probably more expensive to make so that might be why there are only 13 regular episodes.

/\ yeah and he was mentioned back in "love and monsters." don't feel bad, i didn't catch it either. !oops!

there is a spoiler with Mr. Saxon. I think we've already mentioned in this thread though. ;)

OK did anyone just laugh their ass off when the Doctor mentioned about the acemdics puncing the air. The adult humour in this show is great. I enjoyed this episode again like the last one every strong.

Wow....this episode was awesome. This could be a very good year for Whovians!! The humour was outstanding! Though I did miss the acemdics punching the air bit and had to be filled in on the joke by a fellow JUB poster.

My favourite part was with the psychic paper....and him saying "oh I hate starting from scratch!" LOL

I'd like to point out that although I watch Doctor Who (and Torchwood) I'm not a Whovian. I'm certainly not obsessed with the show like some people (not that that's a criticism).

Obsessed...I'm not obsessed with the show. Sure I have the official 4th doctor scarf, the remote controlled K-9 model dog. With the sonic screwdriver LCD light and Dalek alarm clock on the way.....It's just a hobby people! :D
