Agree with above. Not my motivation or any of the docs or nurses I work with's motivation. I don't think that is motivation enough to make it through the training... and quite frankly, cocks at work aren't like porn cocks... we don't look at them like that. I doubt you'll find anybody that disagrees.
 
Am in the profession, but that is not anywhere near the reason for going into it. It is all together different and sex is not even considered. There is a lot more to being a medic than seeing cock and balls. I don't take offense with your query, you just have a whole different idea for motivations, erroneous as can be, so now you know why you are not in the profession. And BTW, there is the professional persona, the public persona and personal persona and damn seldom do any of them meet.

I can't imagine anyone getting into the medical field to see some dick. What would you do with the patients you were unattracted to? Ignore them? Throw up? This reminds me of doctors doing that thing where they hold your balls and tell you to cough. When i was in middle and high school, i vividly remember this creepy old Chinese doctor at our school that would do this to all the guys. It was so awful being forced to have this done. I doubt the doctor got into his profession to handle balls, he was lousy at it and his hands were icy. If you want to look at cock, maybe being a porn photographer would be better.
 
I am also in the medical field and can honestly say that seeing other people naked was never a motivation for me in deciding a career. For one, we see people when they are at their absolute worse and have to deal with all of the disgusting things that go on in the human body. Secondly, I am wondering if you have actually been to a hospital before. I can't remember the last time I had a patient that if I had met on the outside world that I would have entertained ideas of having sex with. Hospitals are largley used to care for the growing elderly population so unless you have a fetish for old men and cleaning up their vomit and feces then I don't see how you could think about sex in that setting.

I became a nurse, and yes have shaved areas before surgery, and put in my share of catheters. It is just not the same as a nurse treating a guy, we are trained professionals and I always tried to act that way.

When I was little I thought it might be cool to be a doctor for the reason splurge mentioned. Once it came time to make a real choice about it, though, I realized that it wasn't a good enough reason to go through all the schooling, haha. Oh yeah, and it's pretty immoral. I can see cock for free online (and sometimes in person). I don't think any doctor or nurse out there really went into the profession for lawsuit-free perving.

I beg to differ. Sure they can medicate you and cure some common problems, but my experience with the medical "professionals" has been less than stellar. I have a pretty serious balance disorder that despite multiple visits to multiple general practitioners, ear, nose & throat specialists, neurologists, psychiatrists/psychologists, blood tests, allergy tests, MRIs, hearing tests, X-rays, and thousands of dollars, they cannot figure out what is wrong with me

They inevitibly end up trying to put me on anti-depressants and discourage me from coming back since they can't HELP me.

Maybe off topic, but respect for the medical community is a sore spot with me.
