With the death of Tumbex...that handy little site that archived thousands of pics posted by Tumblr users before the First Extinction Event...It made me have another look to see if Tumblr had also just returned to outlawing porn pics as well.

And it appears that they also have decided to leave the field of Adult content. Except for, apparently, big tits. Or https://www.tumblr.com/tagged/male butts?src=suggested_tag

So that pretty much leaves it to pages on Xitter and Bluesky?

Sure. I just don't engage. No signing in, no apps. I just take what I want and go. I just found a halfway decent anti-AI tumblr last night. Did I understand the question correctly? If you sent a computer back in a time machine and placed it in front of a caveman, that's me. I'm good with that.

That link sure looked promising but half of it was AI. I find AI porn creepy in a desperate sort of way.

Plenty of porn blogs still out there.

^ Co-incidentally I ran across an Ai page on Bluesky and was moved to create a thread about Ai porn...I haven't run across much on Tumblr though, because everything now seems to be offensive to their algorithms again.

I use tumblr to promote my book and read the Heartstopper updates but not for porn. It has been a useful tool for writing inspiration as well. And, fueling my obsession with Pedro Pascal

I was a heavy Tumblr user from 2012 to 2018 til they banned porn , I even had a blog of my own for 6 years but after 2018 I quit using it . I am aware they allowed porn back again ( which made no sense to me as I'd already lost intetest in using the site and the app )

I still can see the thousands of pics I posted through the years but I didnt log in , does it t mean the blogs are archived ?
Can't new pics be uploaded anymore ?

I was on Bluesky. Trans Furries are big over there, gigantic big. I couldn't swing a cat costume tail without hitting a trans furry.

I just checked and yes, apparently tumbex is working again.
I really missed it. I found lots of entertainment and information there. Not only porn pics, but also art, nature, history...

Tumblr here still seems to have a block on any overtly gay porn. ie:
