So I have this friend and he said that my car has a very distinct smell...like smokey and very sweet (I'm a smoker). I asked for some clarity but he said he can't really describe it but it's just a very distinct smell. I initially thought he was joking because a few weeks ago, I stated that his room has a very distinct smell...musky and almost sweet...but he said his statement is entirely true and it doesn't relate to my previous statement.
Oh I almost forgot to mention that when he made that statement about my car, I told him I think my car actually smelled like him...then he said really and gave me his beanie that he was wearing and asked me to sniff it and tell him if it smells like that. I told him yeah my car smelled like his beanie but stronger.
So, my question is since a person's car and room is kind of an extension or a representation of a person...does that mean he likes the way I smell or possibly likes me! Maybe it's a pretty far stretch or I'm probably being delusional but I just wanted some input on the situation. If you guys could let me know what you think I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

*sorry for the long post*
