Does justice exist?

That was terrifically bad acting.

Without knowing what the story was, I can't say whether or not the punishment was just, much less "poetically" just. I mean, if the guy was a sexual predator, it might be.

But justice is an ideal that we can aim for but seldom ever hit the center of the bull's-eye. But that doesn't mean we quit aiming.

So what is it about violence that gets you going?

What is it about violence that equates with justice? Hasn't history been filled with examples of how badly things go when people assume that might equals right?

Isn't that rather a medieval and well unenlightened idea to consider as a means of justice?

so you think that change happens when we all run around saying "Why Can’t We All Just Get Along?"

real change happens with rebellion against the wrongs of society. an example of this is the Arab Spring happening right now.

sometimes the innocent get hurt. Sad but it will happen.

as a political activist, I have engaged in many forms of civil disobedience. Showing others that your opponent is violent usually tends to be a more effective tool for change within a society that lasts

I thought it was debris from the altercation. You're right.

I think I prefer my version of events, though. It may not be as poetic, but it demonstrates a sort of, uh, thriftiness that I, um, admire. Yeah.
