^ Thanks for noticing and asking, cityboy, I immediately noticed the same thing and I never cared much at all for the "tight" view. I'm very happy that the "classic" is working on being restored. Thanks opinterph for the link, as I didn't notice the announcement either.

Hello... again, please try clearing your browser cache if you are having problems. The design itself hasn't really changed, but you may be pulling an old version of the page that used a different domain. Clearing your browser cache should fix any issues that you are experiencing.

This fixed me up right away. If you haven't tried it, please do. The forum runs really fast for me now. I mean FAST! Click and done.

Yep,it does look different..I have lots of 'x' letters next to each thread..

I cleared my cookies,but no dice..Hopefully it will clear up soon enough..

It was working alright but now you went and screwed it up.

Apparently part of the problem is that we have so many customisations written for us. This has resulted in certain aspects of the software reverting back to the 'default' setting - hence the different smilies and icons etc. When the programming tech guy can get to it, it'll get fixed. I think most of the issues are now purely cosmetic.

I was able to restore my view to Classic, hooray! I found the "tight" and "classic" options at the bottom of a random page (including this one I'm posting on right now). It may have been there yesterday when I was trying unsuccessfully to go back to Classic, or maybe the option was entirely missing, but I think the Classic display is so much better and so much more "relaxing" (somehow).
