Not sure those type of visuals discourage anyone to change. Its exploitative. I would think its in our human nature to think this can ever happen to you or anyone you love. By this logic then there should be so censorship of what happens in events like "Shock & Awe " In Iraq, or commercials for what is a possibility if you join the US Army infantry and step on a IUD in Afgan? Do you think that watching dudes blow apart in the mid east would curtail recruitment into the Army? Gross picture bullshit about cigs doesn't make one stop, or seeing a dude with toxy dementia full blown AIDS stop one from fucking unsafe.

They hit a few, which is better than none. They're most effective when tightly focused, as this is: "Don't speed". If it said, "Always drive safely", it would just slip by people, because that's vague and most won't even stop to think that they might not actually drive safely already.
