How can anyone enjoy doing that. It seems to be getting more common and I thinks it is disgusting and I would think a bigger health risk than other aspects of the gay sexual activities. Hetero couples would never do that as part of their love making and I will never understand how it became part of gay men sex.

Rimming is quite simply exquisite. You do have to be clean first though - a little soap and water and a bit of a wash out will do wonders. As to its being "disgusting", it seems to me that one of the nice things about grown-up sex is letting go of hangups and preconceived ideas as to what's "nice" and what's "dirty", and letting yourself enjoy the richness of possibilities.
