I was under the impression they were offered a suspension and they chose to leave instead. Not sure of all the details tho.

What are they presently offered? I don't know how the Fratpad works, exactly.
 
Some employers have morality clauses as conditions of employment. Yet, where is the line between being a representative of the company that employs you and your own free will as a person? It seems to me that fratpad performers are expected to abide by the "rules" 24/7, even though they are only on camera a few hours per day.

I don't really know the details of this particular incident, but it would be the height of hypocrisy for a porn site that exploits very young men and publicizes nude images and video of them to be a proponent of the idea that an employer has the right to fire you for something that you do on your own time.

Fratmen Nash and Calvin were expelled from their wrestling team for something that they (presumably) did on their own time, under different names. That was bullshit. For Fratpad to expel two Fratmen for behavior that was off-site and not-on-the-payroll would be bullshit as well.
 
As much as I really love these guys, I do have to mention that the two probably did violate some of the points of their employment contract. Even if they didn't they are at-will employees and can be fired for any reason, excluding of course unlawfully discriminatory reasons. Of course, what teenager is really going to pay attention to the terms of any contract he signs; that's a real-world versus ideal world clash. The younger you are, the more prone you are to mistakes and more guidance you need.

Ultimately I do think the people at the pad appreciate the two guys and maybe at least part of the reason was for their own good. Maybe they can come back, who knows. Then again maybe everything that happens there is a sham, maybe those "friendships" between the guys are all fake, and the only objective is to shove "new meat" at the members in an attempt to keep them enrolled. It's part fantasy, but some friendships are very real, it depends on the guy.
