Wrong again my friend. Laura the bigot wants to be the victim -- like all the hate-mongers from the right. they bully and then try and cloke themselves as victims of this or that. You are not victims but merely hate-mongers spreading fear.

This was reported today: In the wake of Dr. Laura Schlessinger’s decision to end her radio show after repeatedly using a racial epithet, she’s spent quite a bit of time talking about freedom of speech. “I want to regain my First Amendment rights,” Schlessinger said, contending that special-interest groups were limiting her freedom to express herself.

Sarah Palin jumped in and tweeted, “Dr.Laura: don't retreat ... reload! (Steps aside bc her 1st Amend.rights ceased 2exist thx 2activists trying 2silence"isn't American,not fair")"

That was soon followed by a second tweet:

“Dr.Laura=even more powerful & effective w/out the shackles,so watch out Constitutional obstructionists. And b thankful 4 her voice, America!)"

Just so you know: The First Amendment protects us from the government, and not from other Americans who disagree with what we have to say. “Congress shall make no law” — the first five words of the First Amendment — say it all: No government body can limit our rights to speak out. In this case, there’s no government action, just public outrage and pressure. (I pulled that tidbit from Yahoo).

Beats me -- I've never seen him break any rules.

Not going to miss someone who has the ears of so many out there who sought guidance from the misguided.

Thoughtful, caring and even reasonably intelligent people who feel the need to sell their opinions to the world as truth, (as she has done), perform a huge disservice to society.

I think it's appropriate she goes out the ways she's going out, demonstrating what a fool she really is.

But she had excellent advice in many areas, mostly focused on taking responsibility for one's own actions and not surrendering management of one's life to other people.

It's just that she was a bit bigoted in some areas, mostly ones defined by Orthodox Judaism, where she operated by argument from authority rather than argument from reason. That was her real failing.
