Drive

Anyway, I wasn't surprised with who died. They weren't in the opening credits and the persons partner not only is in the opening credits but is partnered with someone else so that was a dead giveaway.

The crash scene was a mixture of supreme cheesiness with a cool factor all in one. It was cool to see the camera going in and out of the car but it had a feeling of low budget slapped all over it, lol.

I wasn't that surprised that she died, I more surprised because I didn't think they would off any of the characters even those not in the credits so soon. It doesn't make me feel good about the dad in the father daughter team, they are a team I like . But it does make me almost completely sure Sean will be alright in a few eps. :D.

Yeah I noticed he wasn't in the opening credits either, but as soon as we found out about whatever he has, that pretty much explained why. Although, if he dies, I wonder who she'd be partnered with. Maybe the crazy baby lady but who'd wanna be partners with her?

But I feel the same way about the show. It's a unique concept as far as a television series goes and we need more originality like it. And you're right, there's A LOT that isn't believable (hello, a minivan wouldn't last three seconds in a high speed race) is is really fun and I never feel bored watching.

We seem to be an elite group, the ratings are dropping like a rock - 2.9/5 for this week's outting.

Let's see, it was up against Deal or No Deal, Dancing with the Stars, CBS' sitcoms and it still landed a very weak 4th.

It'll be moving to Friday soon and vanish altogether, just like Vanished.

This saddens me. Heroes is the only new show we got hooked on that will around next fall.

That's spot on, actually. Of all the dozens of new shows this season, Heroes is the only one I watch (besides Drive).

It's sad to realize that even if FOX doesn't yank it like they do almost all their good shows, it most likely won't be back next fall.

No, instead it'll be replaced by FOX's very own version of Heroes, since I'm sure the other networks want their own show like that now.

But rest assured that quality programming like Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader will be alive and well in FOX's schedule come fall. If Drive had got half the Idol tie-ins that show got, people would be watching it.

Yep. It's fact that every show that airs after American Idol does much better than it otherwise would have.

Of course, FOX wouldn't dare replace an expensive serialized drama with a cheap-ass reality program just to give it more viewers. Everybody's a penny pincher these days. You want a network that'll cut you some slack, see NBC as of late.
