I am with RB on this, also, you don't have cigarette butts laying everywhere.

That's a very weak argument. Every civilized smoker knows that his cigarette butt has to go back in the pack where it came from. As good manners go, that is pretty basic stuff. That is why you only see cigarette butts on the ground in the most disgusting, unsanitary places.

One of my friends was a heavy, heavy smoker.

His GF got him to switch over to e-cigs and it is hilarious to watch him all jumped up on whatever the fuck is in them but not holding a cig in his hand.

Not necessarily. As you say whatever the fuck is in them. The concentrates are pretty much unregulated
