I am having a great weekend. My brothers and I watched Deadpool and Wolverine at the AMC theater yesterday. It has been years since I watched anything at the theater and found they now have seats that electronically recline. Last time I went you had to unfold the seat down.

It sounds like you're enjoying yourself at the movie theater these days. To be honest, I haven't been keeping up with what's been coming out, and it had probably been years since I attended a current showing, even before the pandemic. I used to like to like to watch indie and foreign films, but I don't know where they show them anymore. I have reflected on what I've gained from watching foreign movies, and I realized that I now know how to say shit in four languages. :rotflmao:

My birthday isn't until October 18th I just made sure to request the time off early enough no one else could be off at that time instead of me.

That's OK, I'll just remember to wish you a happy birthday on the 18th. Glad you got the day and the weekend off. I remember from my working days that you have to put in for time off early, especially if it's a day that people will want time off. Like, if you want Christmas off, you've got to put in for it by May.

Yes requesting time off is best done early, however the place I work we get Thanksgiving and Christmas(at least Christmas day) off.

Happy Friday! My week has been rough, one of my coworkers has had the week off so I've been staying later to help out.

Also my brother's truck stopped working last week, he is hoping he can get it running again by next week. We got the part and he got it on, I don't know all of the details but it still isn't working.
