after shower, do you ear wax your ear holes often with a cotton bud ?
and did you smell it?



I did often and i don't really like that smell.
I wonder why some people put their tongues in your ear holes.

Doc once told me: "Never put anything in your ear smaller than your elbow!" In other words, don't use Q-Tips.

why not? The wax scum did came out.

Unclean, if you clean your ear holes using cotton bud, it does smell something.
Don't know how to describe the smell.

That's what I was gonna say. Don't do it!

You need to be careful, because you can end up pushing wax in and the ear will become impacted. I never push the Qtip straight in.

u can clear ur earwax w/ a solution of 1/2 peroxide 1/2 water, lay on ur side, put it in w/ an eyedropper, it'll fizz, then drain it out like 5 mins later, repeat 4 other side - my md told me this, ear gunk is a professional hazard 4 me so i gotta keep em clean at all times

It's probably one of those things that varies from person to person, based on genetic makeup. Did you ever do the earwax test when you were in school? Some people have sticky/wet earwax, some people (especially East Asians and many Native Americans) have dry earwax.

No, no idea about earwax test.

Several years ago I sang in a group. My voice part had me always sitting on the back row at rehearsals. One guy delighted in entering the room late, slippingup behind me, and sticking his wet index finger with a glob of saliva (at least I hope that is what it was), stick the finger in my right ear and laugh like crazy.

not true, people's ear wax always smell something.
But not a bad smell.
