Those are running shorts, and if you want to see guys wearing them, any major running event, i.e. 5K/10K/Half-marathon/Marathon will hook you up. They're not mainstream anymore, but you can still buy these shorts in many places, at retail or on the internet, even the original Dolfin shorts that got it all started back in the 80's.

Yeah, true, true. We should encourage them. Compliment them "those are cool shorts, where did you get them?" so the guys who wear them get confirmation that they are cool wearing them.
