What is the physical malady you would relieve if you could push a button tomorrow and be rid of it? For the sake of fun, assume it will cost you one month's wages and it won't be covered by insurance.

What would be worth it for you?
 
Nothing right now. My eyesight is getting a little bad and needing to go to the bathroom suddenly is a problem, but not bad enough for such drastic action yet. My balance and my knees are also not great, but again nothing is drastic enough at this time. I might want to rethink this again in a year or two or three.
 
My eyesight, without glasses my left eye can barely focus.
 
That's like the genie that only grants one wish, so then, being elderly.
 
I need to get rid of my lower back pain. I already have arthritis in it, I'm afraid how bad it will be when I actual get old.
 
I have a perpetual skin problem that I've suffered with for decades. It would be sooooo nice to simply have no pain or disfiguring.
 
If I could make payments, my back. All of my back issues. I have spine and muscle things going on. If that got fixed I could go back to work.
 
A predisposition to converting every calorie I ingest into adipose tissue. Would that count?
 
My belly..I try and try...people say embrace your cubbiness but I don’t. I can’t.
 
I resolved some years ago to either take weight off, or enjoy the food. I'm not going to enjoy the food and the next minute, be regretful or guilt-ridden. I'll no doubt die sooner than the slim, but I'll die happy.
 
I assume being 18 again isn't an option.
So.... a few years ago I had an accident that damaged the hearing in my right ear. I can still hear from that ear but I'd pay a months salary easy, to have my right ear restored to normal.
 
I don't think being older than 18 is a malady. Surely not.

My hair...or lack thereof. I used to have a head full of thick red hair...now grey, thin to none on top, and buzzed short all over. Having his fingers grab or run through...I don't think I'll ever get over the loss. :(

Can the button be pushed if it pre-emptively will protect me from a future issue?

In that case I won't push it to get rid of the moderate neuropathy I have in my right hand. I'd rather push it to protect myself against a recurrence of lumbar problems (which resulted in sciatica that lasted the better part of a year, into this past February), OR to protect me from cancer, OR to protect me from heart disease...but I'd have to choose which.
 
I'm still annoyed with my reading glasses.
 
^ I'm surprised and a little disappointed. I was sure that you would use the button to disintegrate the devil worship music playing neighbour kids. Have they been staying off your lawn lately?

No major issues over here, maybe the sense of helplessness I feel for the world that sometimes causes me distress.
