Enema?

So I don't have access to a car this week, which means I can't get to the store to buy a kit. What is the best/safest way to perform a home-made enema? Could I use a water bottle? I'd also like to know how to perform one that isn't from a kit. I've looked online and the instructions are never quite clear or there are about fifty different people giving their own versions and saying others are wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

^If you have an old water bottle and some flexible tubing, place the fluid in the bottle, with the flexible tubing afixed, add lube to the tubing and insert gently.

Repeat and rinse, as they say.

You can buy a bilb for that purpose, and the one from a kit can be reused many times.

Best is if you have a hand held shower head.
One hand hold the shower head and the other hand fingers your ass hole, poke and scoop out the poo until nothing comes out. It might take 5 to 15 minutes of poke and scoop action until nothing comes out. If you have anal bulb, you can use that after with soap.

Also if you can remove your drain filter before doing the above so your poo can disappear quickly

* oh remember to wear throw away cooking glove coz poo is yuck !!!

Thanks for the suggestions. Since I don't have access to very much makeshift equipment, I've had to get a straw (not a fast food one, this doesn't bend and won't break) and apply tape to one end so it doesn't hurt when it goes in. I'm thinking I'll tape the other end to the water bottle so the water doesn't flow out onto the floor.

So, to make sure I understand the process: lay on the floor with butt up, insert tube, gently squeeze bottle to pump water? If the water goes too deep will anything happen? I think I read somewhere that you don't want it to go too far.

It would be easier to either catch a ride to the store or take a taxi to do your shopping.

The important thing to know about a syringe enema (e.g. Fleets enema) is that it is only 125ml of fluid. That's plenty of fluid to clear any stool from the lower part of the rectum without over-stimulating the colon.

That's probably the most practical option. You can do the rest of your shopping while you're there so that it's not just a trip to buy an enema.

A plumber would probably advise you to limit waste to your toilet and not put stool down what is supposed to be a sanitary line to your bathtub.
