An English-speaking ISIS jihadi has warned America they will be attacked 'very soon' and 'by Allah's permission do to your country what we did to Paris'.
In a chilling new ISIS video, he warns the US and President Barack Obama that the terror group will 'kill, slaughter and burn your people'.
The jihadi tells America it can expect an atrocity similar to the massacre in Paris in November in which 130 people were murdered in a wave of shootings and suicide bomb attacks.


The man says: 'Paris isn’t far from you - we will by Allah’s permission do to your country what we did to Paris. We will kill, slaughter and burn your people.
'Inshallah (God willing), we will attack you very soon with anything we lay our hands on.'
Against a backdrop of footage from conflicts in the Middle East and harrowing scenes from the Paris attack, the narrator says: 'You dogs of Rome, Kerry and Obama, haven't you learned your lesson yet?

Am EMP-bomb attack (which would, more than likely, require a sponsoring NATION, not a terrorist group) could entirely crash the data infrastructure, and returning us to 1950 technology immediately and suddenly might not be survivable, when even essentials such as water processing, food, banking, mass transit, flight, (and, yes, even nuclear power plants, not to mention other delivery of electricity), telecommunications, etc. are so dependent on computers now.

Tube/valve [US/UK terms] technology isn't susceptible to EMP issues, but how much of that is left anymore? And, without power, that won't work unless hooked to generators or something.

Or consider the "dirty nuke" scenario, which I think can be carried in a suitcase.

Yes, it could be a lot worse. And we have to hope that never happens anywhere in the world...though Ted Cruz would probably capriciously wreak this kind of thing on Iran, etc. possibly even for no reason.

And the twin towers were destroyed under Bush. You can't blame that on Clinton. Bush was warned. Bush not only blew off Richard Clarke, he blew off the PDB. Bush had ample warning about the threats and ignored them. The perps that bombed the twin towers under Clinton were caught and prosecuted. The millennium bomber was caught and prosecuted.

After 9/11 Bush publicly stated that he didn't think much about bin Laden. There is video of that. The man behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks and Bush didn't think about him much. Then the 'looking for WMDs' under cushions at the White House. Yeah, real presidential. NOT.

BTW, drone strikes have gone up substantially under Obama. And Obama got done what Bush didn't think about much. Under Obama's leadership, OBL was taken out.

No, you suggested in #9 that Bush started the jihad problem, but you are wrong; it raged during Clinton's term and existed prior to that. Bush had nonspecific info that something might happen, not that the twin towers would be attacked. The US is a big country for something to happen in. No knew planes would be used. We had in operation a system of luggage inspection but no one guessed that plastic box cutters would be enough. You are wrong in thinking that Bush should have inflated the ego and reputation of bin Laden.
