Epstein, Epstein, Epstein . . . but don't give up

His mother helped paper over this affair.

She's the one who raised all these damaged children of immense privilege.
It's worth noting that Andy didn't get hauled in over his dalliances with the girls. Or course, they were just the enticement for whatever state secrets he was passing along to Epstein.

It will be interesting to see what information Epstein was collecting from those that Epstein was either rewarding or blackmailing. Andrew might be just the beginning.

As I said in another thread, shagging 17 year old hookers isn't illegal in the UK.

And as I noted, there were a lot of girls well below the legal age being trafficked in the Epstein-Trump ring.

I wouldn't expect Brits to be trying to give Andy a pass on possibly having fucked some of them as well...but I do know how the Brit love their Battenburgs.

Both statements are true, although (so far) neither relates to the Andy troubles.

I have Guiffre's book in my reading list but I haven't had time to dig into it. She accused Epstein of coercing her into having sex with Andrew when she was 17 years old.

There's a second girl who has accused Andrew but her statement indicates that she was in her 20s at the time.

Epstein is the only person who has been confirmed to have had sex with girls young enough to be considered statutory rape. There may be more to come, though.

Re "hookers": like a lot of predators, Epstein had a skill for spotting the weak and the vulnerable. Some of these girls, like Guiffre had unstable family backgrounds or were from abusive homes. Some of the girls were drawn in by promises of modeling contracts or beauty pageants or high paying jobs. Some were drawn in with promises that they would be trained as massage therapists, aetheticians or other "spa" type jobs. The money that they were paid was higher than what they would have earned elsewhere for these "spa treatments".

The only person who is connected to Epstein who qualifies as being a hooker, a model and is associated with a predator, happens to be the first lady of the United States. She's raking in millions off grifting scams and "producing" documentaries. Honestly, I've done worse stuff for far less money.

Again...every other country will be shaking the tree and seeing what falls out...eventually it may expose what was really happening in terms of influence peddling, espionage, laundering money and other non-sexual crimes.

Another stellar decision by Bari Weiss and company over at CBS. They're retained the "low carb pussy" fan Peter Attia, who Weiss hired as a commentator for CBS News:

The Guardian detailed Attia's love of Epstein, his fawning emails and his "wink wink" attitude toward Epstein's reputation. The emails continued long after Epstein's Florida conviction.
Update: Bari Weiss was apparently just fine with Attia working at CBS News but today, Attia resigned.

Someone did an analysis and found over 1,700 references to Attia, most of which was after Epstein's 2009 conviction in Florida for solicitation of a minor for prostitution.

Peter Attia Out at CBS News After Epstein Files Correspondence Disclosures (Exclusive)

The longevity researcher and health influencer had been named a contributor to CBS by Bari Weiss last month.

Longevity guru Dr. Peter Attia is stepping aside as a contributor to CBS News, after correspondence between Jeffrey Epstein and the researcher and health media personality came to light in the release of the Epstein Files from the Department of Justice.

CBS News staff were informed of the decision Monday in a note from the network’s booking department, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Attia told CBS that he would be resigning effective immediately.

Attia was one of a number of high-profile contributors that CBS News editor-in-chief Bari Weiss brought on as part of her planned overhaul of the network news division, seeking to bring more voices into CBS’ linear and digital coverage.

That's all over social media in the US. People claiming that Ghislaine was traded out for a double when they moved her from Florida to Texas. People claiming they saw Ghislaine on the street and that she turned around when her name was called. People saying that Epstein is still alive.

It just keeps getting crazier.

A(nother) woman has come forward and alleged sexual abuse by Donald Trump. She alleged that she was forced to perform oral sex on Trump when she was 13 years old.

And in conjunction with this allegation, those accusations were part of what DOJ is withholding from release of the Epstein files. In what has been released, there are references to documents and incidents that have been withheld and many of those documents related to incidents involving Trump.

Justice Department withheld and removed some Epstein files related to Trump

The Justice Department has withheld some Epstein files related to allegations that President Trump sexually abused a minor, an NPR investigation finds. It also removed some documents from the public database where accusations against Jeffrey Epstein also mention Trump.

Some files have not been made public despite a law mandating their release. These include what appears to be more than 50 pages of FBI interviews, and notes from conversations with a woman who accused Trump of sexual abuse decades ago when she was a minor.

NPR reviewed multiple sets of unique serial numbers appearing before and after the pages in question, stamped onto documents in the Epstein files database, FBI case records, emails and discovery document logs in the latest tranche of documents published at the end of January. NPR's investigation found dozens of pages that appear to be catalogued by the Justice Department but not shared publicly.

And the cover-up continues. The more that Trump bellows that he was totally exonerated...the more you know that there's worse stuff they didn't release.

I haven't seen anything like this since the blue dress rumors back in the Clinton years. Whatever they are covering up, it's got to be really bad.

In Maxwell's trial, there were over 500 victim statements in the evidence. Nowhere near 500 statements have been released.

Richard Axel, a Nobel Prize-winning scientist and professor, is resigning as a co-director of the renowned flagship neuroscience institute at Columbia University
...because of his friendship with Jeffery Epstein.
