I was at an estate sale last weekend and I picked up an little erotic carving, I think it's Japanese. Thing is, it's a homoerotic carving, of two men 69ing. Any idea where I can find some information on it? Can I post a pic of it on here without violating the code here in this thread?

Would you consider posting the image in "Gay Porn and Hot Men"? Of what material is this carving?

It looks like Ivory from the photo. I know that anything made of ivory after the 1940's is technically illegal but other that I have no idea. I'd take it to an antique shop to get it valued and authenticated. I can't imagine it's something that was mass produced.

I'm sure it's worth quite a bit in some circles. ;)

You should get it checked out to see if it is worth anything.

Has to be a fake. Asians don't have dicks that big.

Looks like a netsuke… Originally used as a toggle button to help keep small cloth bags attached to a kimono, since kimonos do not have pockets.
As kimonos fell out of fashion, the carvers of netsuke were freed to explore more sculptural endeavors.

Without authentification, value is hard to assess. But this website has similar carvings, so you can get an idea of what you have.

But seriously... it looks more like Chinese. If it's ivory, it should have some value. :D

No it is Japanese. The hairstyle is definitely Japanese.

I agree, if it is ivory, it should be of some value. Less if it is carved from bone.

Thank you all so much!!! I like it very much and won't part with it, but it's been fun researching the netsuke. I got a massive boner right now.:D. Yeah, definitely a keeper.
