Hell just froze over.

As crazy as Pat Robertson is, he believes the current crop of republicans are even crazier. On his psuedo-christian show the 700 Club, he comment republicans are too extreme and they'll lose the elections.

The republican voters are pushing the party too far to the right "he Republican primary base is pushing their party’s potential nominees to such extremes that they will be unelectable.”.

This is about the only true thing to come out of this televangelist's mouth in the past couple of decades. So keep it up, republicans. You're shooting yourselves in the collective foot.

I think he's saying-- of course we're all bat shit and believe really horrible things---but you can't say what you really think because those bat shit really horrible ideas we all love will not go over in a general election---

The prophet of the GOP has spoken so let be sai so let it be written.

This.

Robertson supports every talibangelical far right wing positionmost of these 'candidates' espouse....he's only worried that by showing their cards, they won't get elected.

But he helped get us all here, so he should go back and read about 'reaping as ye shall sow'.

As long as the Rev. has been in public life, I never have believed him. Why should I believe him now?

Pretty much, yes.

Robertson has again said something I agree with. That's once a year for several years now!

I hope he doesn't say anything else sensible before New Year's; it would mess up a great run. :p

I hope the candidates ignore his advice and just keep speaking from their gut.

Does he say crazy things because he really believes them or does he do that to attract attention to himself? As I mentioned this is the only accurate thing he's said in the past three decades.
