If you haven't been to those places maybe you would feel better knowing that the problem you have (like the one you posted) is really not a big deal...

OK, FirePhoenix, I'm taking over your thread for just a sec...

When FirePhoenix mentioned the trailer/trailer park, he was describing the setting.

When I said, "Hey, even an idiot can own a trailer," I was (as I have said before) intending it in the opposite way than people are taking it. In no way was I taking a shot at people who live in trailers. If I've offended anyone, I'm sorry; I was trying to word that sentence so that people didn't think I was taking shots at people who live in trailers (because I didn't mean it like that).

Now, let's all return to the main point of this thread- a rant about people who try to be encouraging and end up insulting you in their own stupidity. (Thanks for the soap box, FirePhoenix!)

PS- Sorry for sounding bitchy, but I'm getting frustrated coming to a thread about being fat and having people taking the wrong context of a comment I made and then later explained...

ya I know it wasn't a big deal or anything really but still last night it just bothered me that she had to say that then, I mean i've known her for close to 6 years now and she took this time to say something like that to me. I'm over it really, new day and all that jazz besides she is kind of the same way, no boyfriend and chunky so I guess really I should have just laughed and said ya and even fat people can get boyfriends.

o btw guys she has never been the supporting and nice type so I highly doubt it was meant that way, just a crack about me being fat and no girlfriend (ya to bad I want a boyfriend).

I am so pissed off right now

I'll explain the evening. My parents were going to have a get together with 2 of my moms girlfriends and since their friends were bringing their sons (one was 29 and the other was 31) my parents asked if I wanted to go. I said sure thinking o ya this is gonna be so boring. About 15-20 mins after we got to her house (trailer in a trailer park) my mom and 1 of her girlfriends went into the bedroom so my mom could talk shit about my dad (ya thin walls are fun). so the men folk and the other girlfriend (I like that one, she's nice to talk to) were left in the front room to talk, it wasn't that bad but kinda boring conversation. more or less that was the whole thing until.... after everyone else left, it was just me the girlfriend that owned the house and her son. I was saying goodbye and it was fun blah blah blah and I turned to leave and she said even fat people can get girlfriends. I was shocked at first and just kinda paused, looked at her for a second and left. She is pretty chunky herself so I don't even see how she could say something like that. Damn I wish I had that to do over again and tell her what I thought of her statement.

In conclusion even fat people have feeling!!!!
