It has been ages since I have watched a horror movie. The closest that I come to watching a horror movie would be the 50s/60s B movies with really bad special effects (some of you may remember Mystery Science Theater from a couple of years ago - those kinds of movies). I can't deal with all of the blood and all I can picture are some lunatics who actually come close to some stuff you see in these movies. Many horror films also, in their zeal to offer fresh thrills, revolt me..
Most movies which deal with man's inhumanity to man..
Anything to do with the wars (esp. Holocaust) is a big no for me. I watched about 15 minutes of Shindler's list and was in tears. I won't go anywhere near any movie regarding "man's inhumanity to any living thing". Also, any extinction of tribes/species related movies (i.e. some specials on the discovery channel). I feel so helplessMurder, inhuman cruelty and torture, particularly of children, and those who are helpless, bother me the most.
that gov'ts allow this to happen (i.e. the current situation in Darfur). I'm sure there will be plenty of movies about it at some point.Yea, the Holocaust.
I haven't seen Schindler's List or Life is Beautiful. I really can't bear to see the latter especially.
