Ever considered having kids

Have 2 kids. They're in high school. Wouldn't mind doing it again now that I can better prepare for it.
 
absofrigginlutely, I really want kids. I think I would be a great father, and I'd love for someone to carry on the family name.
 
There is now doubt that I will have a kid(s) in my future. Every job that I have ever held has involved children and I just know that I was meant to be a father. I can't imagine being with someone that didnt want kids--there is nothing more attractive than a guy that is good with kids.
 
I've considered it, simply because I like to keep my options open, and it seems impossible for me not to consider it at all.

Definately don't plan on having kids, though. I'm good with kids, in general, but I'm incredibly impatient when it comes to immature antics, and too selfish (atleast at the moment) to dedicate so much time and energy to such a helpless human being. I may change my mind, but I'd prefer not to, at present. Seems too costly, and considering all the projects and things I want to do with my life, I'd have to sacrifice lots of my aspirations be able to do a decent job of it.... which is not something I'm prepared to do.
