I was walking on the sidewalk and car of frat guys yelled a homophobic slur at me. That'll teach me never to wear pink flip flops with a matching belt and summer bonnet.

Weird! I had this happen twice in a day today!!! They both were in redneck pickup trucks and going about 45 m.p.h. down the road next to the beach. The first guy said something unintelligible but I think it was directed at my friend, who happens to be female. The second dude called to me "Suck some pussy!" or something like that. The scary part is that both were driving while sticking their fat heads out the window, screaming.

I got caught checking out a guy on Sunday and then this hotty tapped me on my shoulder and said, "you cannot be so obvious about it" LOL at first i was weirded out that he outted me but he was hot so it worked out for the best.

One time I was riding my horse in an arena that was close to a highway and this truck full of young guys blazed by and one of them yelled out, "You don't have to ride that horse, you can come ride me!!"

I yelled back at them on impulse ...but was secretly glad when his car swung away

Once, a car drove by Daniel and I while we were walking downtown.

A male voice called out, "Hey sexy!" as the car sped off.

To this day, I assume they were yelling at Dan...So, technically, I guess I haven't had a drive by call out.

Lol, about several months ago I almost got into big trouble by something like this.

It was late at night and I was standing by my car, very tired, and was about to drive home when suddenly these boys drove by and scream "HEY ASSHOLE!" and drove off laughing.

So I got inside my car and sped off after them. They drove 40 on a 35mph street, I drove atleast 55. I managed to catch up parallel to them and decided cut right right infront to make a sharp turn... just to piss them off. They braked so hard and was honking. They even threaten to "fucking kill me." I screamed "Cuz I'm and Asshole, bitch!" and drove away.

I got home and realize I was too stupid. What if the cops pull me over for speeding or what if I get into a collision. LOL, the things I'll end up doing when I'm extremely exhausted.

I've had it happen by Hispanic gangs in San Francisco several times - once they threw a beer bottle at me, which broke around my feet, but I was wearing knee-light biker boots (under my jeans) because I had been expecting possible violence, due to a Mars/Uranus transit, which had also prompted me to take a Librium before going out, and so I was not traumatized or injured by the event.

In Texas I had many more incidents than in SF, however, and some were a bit scary. I didn't have a butch walk, and that was enough to make rednecks peg me as gay. I probably still don't, but no one cares in L.A. - especially not in my current neighborhood.

I used to get that all the time and figured that, though rude, it was a fitting tribute to my fabulousness. But now that my fabulousness has been obscured by age, fat, and Business Casual, I don't get the drive-bys anymore.

The key is to not acknowledge them, though. Don't answer back, don't even look at them, don't even indicate by so much as the tiniest flinch that you heard them at all. It makes them feel ever so sheepish, screaming their heads off at someone who didn't even notice.
