Ever Have A Lump On The Shaft Of Your Penis?

Anyone? And if so what was the diagnosis?

It's about the size of a pomogranite seed. Slightly red in color. It's located on the left hand, underside of my penis close to my ball sack. So you would have to lift my penis up and tilt it to the right in order to see it. There is no pain or discomfort and its hard. I see a doctor on monday.

It might just be an ingrown hair that became irritated. If it spreads or changes color you might want to go see a physician. Don't touch it to much and get some disinfectant or a cortisone spray. Course I'm not a doctor just keep an eye on it.

ingrown hair...have gotten those a couple times. it goes away in a couple days when the h air pokes through.

but an ingrown hair usually is slightly painful if you touch the "lump".

I was thinking it's either an ingrown hair or a cyst. I don't want to jinx it but it has been going down a bit. Hopefully it'll just disappear on its own

most likely a subaceous cyst or ingrown hair. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Most often these things are very easily taken care of or resolve on their own. Your doing the right thing by going to your doc. Let us know what they have have to say.

well it turned out to be an ingrown hair....it was already gone two days before my doctors appointment so I just never went.

I noticed one years ago and panicked and ran to my doctor. As it turned out it was just a knot and it disappeared a few days later
