Ever pick up a guy (or get picked up by one) in a straight bar?

when i was in my 20s in the early '70s, i didn't even know gay bars existed and i certainly hadnt come out to myself let alone to others. i picked up many guys in str8 bars for mutual jo or bj's. yes it was awkward when it was over, but it was always hot.

How did you manage to stay 20 for 3 decades? What's your secret?

It's only really happened once I think...i could have inadvertantly started flirting when i was drunk...haha...but this time I was sober cause I was working a promotion at a bar. We were doing a karaoke contest around halloween time...i think i was probably 19 or 20 at this point and i was working up towards the front of the bar with the DJ and the singers and after the contest was over I hang out with some co workers and such and i go up to the bar to get a coke and this guy starts talking to me like where have you been? and stuff like that kinda cheesy lines and i at first don't pick up on it and i'm like i was at the front all night i was working. and he's like yeah blah blah blah keeps rambling and i'm trying to get the bartenders attention and he trys to offer me advice and help flag her down and i order my coke and i turn around and kind of ignore him and then she comes back and says your all set. when i try to pay and he smiles at me and i say goodbye....so i'm still not sure if he paid for the drink or if she just comped me cause i'm working. but i go about my night hanging out with my coworkers and he is a couple of barstools away with his 2 friends and I get ready to leave and walk towards him and he backs up and kinda pins me against a railing with his ass and asks where i'm going and all this and i'm like i'm going home have a good night and gave him a little pat on his ass. If only guys my age hit on me like that and not 40 year old balding men.....i for some reason when i was working in bars when i was between 18 and 20 would always get hit on by older people men and women....it always bugged me...haha first of all y'all could be my parents and second of all...soooo not attracted to you...lol

Yup, well...he fucked me, I could never get him to bottom for me.
I've blown him a few times but it's always non receprical. He is one of those basically straight guys who gets into stuff like that. Pretty much anytime my sister left him with blue balls he would come lookin for me

i don't ever put my real birthdate on these things when i register. not trying to hide anything, i just select whatever is most convenient to pass the "of age" test in order to join. i'm 55 and proud of it!

No, but often when I'm drunk I usually find attraction in the taxi driver on the way home... So far I only egg myself on but never pluck up the courage, then again what I think of as them flirting is probably more them trying to secure a tip

I have picked up both gay and straight men while in straight bars...it is not hard to do although it is not a frequent occurence.

I have done this several times, always when the bar is busy but not crammed. I sit at the bar itself and make small talk with whomever is also sitting there. (strategic positioning is best!). Through the course of normal conversation, I will work in the fact that I am gay and let the conversation go from there. There have been several times that the guy will ask questions about what it means to be gay, what goes on, etc....basically he is asking the harmless ignorant questions without judgment. I let that conversation go on and answer the questions honestly without being to forceful or like i am moving in on him. I make sure he is comfortable with me and the conversation. After a while of this, I make "you and I" references in my answers. If he were to ask about a relationship type question, for example, I would answer, "...if you and I were in a relationship it <the answer to the question here...." - basically hinting at a 'you and i' scenario although i am not directly hitting on him. The conversation usually gets more graphic from there and straight guys have asked me to go home with them or I have asked the same....

i did my Turkish taxi driver in Istanbul one night. Fat chub dick he had and incredibly hairy. he just parked on a dark street, pulled it out and it went to town.

I have got winks and flirt from guys in straight bars, now since i don't know them i'm not sure if they are straight: unknown guy1, unknown guy2, a bartender... The only one i know is straight is this guy who is friend of a buddy of mine, i used to like this guy a couple years ago, but then i wasn't interested no more.

I have dismissed all, not my type.

While I've never picked up a guy at the bars, I always seem to get hit on by guys. I'll be hanging out having a good time and some guy will just come up and start talking to me (I love meeting new people), and next thing I know he's buying me a beer and giving me his phone number, of course this hasn't happened since I've become curious, so to speak, but take it for what its worth.
