We were at Meijer earlier today looking for a blender to make some smoothies. Weather is getting hot. Anyway, ran into this clearance item.

A quick google search shows it's selling everywhere for about 100 bucks. So, we picked one up and continued. After we checked out, I had a thought. Let's try to scalp these.

I turned back and bought the rest.

LOL it's more for fun than anything else. Gonna try to sell these on ebay for close to full price.

Here is what amazon is selling this for.

Anyone here ever scalped before?

You can simply search eBay for Sold items and find out what price eBay is supporting, and be observant of the shipping costs, as buyers are definitely shopping those versus zero with Amazon Prime.

My guess is you may double your investment, but less shipping.

And no, I'm not a scalper. I buy great bargains in either clearance or thriftting and them give them to whoever I find has need and want. Yesterday, I bought a child's Razor scooter for $10 at a thrift store on my way to a doctor's appointment. Monday, I'll give it to a young girl at work who has a six or seven year old. Not sure of the model number but it saved between $100 & $360.

I guess you can always give them away at Christmas if they don't sell.

It's funny that you said this. My bf thought it was silly of me to buy all they had. I told him worst case scenario is I give them out at Christmas to my nephews.
