Having experienced four earthquakes in my lifetime;

Kodiak, Alaska 3.2 1982.

Napa Valley 5.8 1983.

Sonoma County, CA 4.6 1983.

Cleburne, Texas 2.6 2009.

30 Seconds is a REALLY LONG TIME! :eek:
 
Well according to my beliefs, this is the whole thing about the 2012-thing, not saying the world going to an end or everyone going to die which is BS, but just normal natural disasters that may happened more than normal. Actually, this is exciting to me because it's a positive engery transformation going right at the Earth. 2013 is going to be the best year that the world will have seen for a very long time. The Earth is in labor trying to push out the baby, this is why the Earth is active. People need to stop fearing because fearing is really attracting this energy to cause negative in this planet and bad karma, as well.

But this is just what I believe in. A new beginning, a new positive engery, a new positive spiritual transformation is taking place.

Yes. The way the aftershocks look the whole fault line may go. :eek:

I am not being funny here. It is scary. The cascadia quake is overdue and it will be a 9.0 or larger. I have been prepared for a while but I need to get serious and get everything together. Just in case it happens tomorrow.
 
This why I would never want to live in a Earthquake area ZONE such as the western states.

Try drive out of it?
 
In Anaheim, there are apparently a group of people trapped in an elevator at The Disneyland Hotel.

Officials are evacuating ALL of Disneyland just to be on the safe side.
 
I haven't been in California long enough to take this in stride. My SO is all "Yeah, whatever, nothing fell down. What are we doing for dinner?"... Meanwhile, I'm having a full-on freakout.

Yes, I worry about them all the time. I am terrified and seriously freaked-out over these earthquakes. We've had three or four here that I remember. None were serious but I was about 12 when I experienced the first one. I had nightmares for years and still do sometimes.
