I never heard of foods or supplements that can cause length/thickness in eye lashes. There are some oils that can be applied to the lashes to help cause length. Read that vasoline helps too.

You could try Biotin supplements if your looking for something to take orally. Biotin will help the hair all over your body grow faster, thicker(in terms of diameter of the individual hair shaft) and longer. Other than that your options are one of the many cosmetic lash growth enhancers.

The best one seems to be latisse, but it is only available as a prescription and quite expensive at that.

Many cosmetic companies make serums that are applied to the lash line like an eyeliner (they're usually colorless) that have ingredients that condition and strengthen the lashes as they grow from the folicle, thus causing them to grow longer and fuller. Just google "lash growth serums" and see which one(s) interest you the most and then you can take it from there.

Which kinds of oils? Do you mean such as vitamin E oil?

Vitamin E oil works and so does olive oil and castor oil. Also heard that almond oil can help.
