Stancl's attorney, Craig M. Kuhary, said Stancl has cooperated with authorities during the investigation and is not a flight risk.

After the hearing, Kuhary declined to comment, except to say that only one side of the case has been disclosed.

It's about an 18 y.o. sociopath Antony R. Stancl, who tricked younger boys at his school. He tricked them into giving him photographs of themselves naked, when Stancl posed as a girl on facebook, and he threatened them to do sex acts with him.

Since the boys are under 18, he's gonna be tried as a paedophile. I think the 300 years he's facing is not enough to salvage the humiliation of the victims he's forced into his sordid scheme.

The guy was extremely in the wrong for taking advantage of those boy with black mail but I couldn't help but look at it from both sides. It sounds like he took advantage of a few dozen boys so...why exactly did so many boys fall for the trap? The fact that they took nude pictures and sent them to someone they thought was a female (never did explain outside of pretending to be a women. Did he pretend he was older or the same age as the boy? Did they take illegal pictures in the hopes of getting it on with a older women?)

The kid seems really messed up but more then one finger should be point. I hope that kid is happy with the small amount of sexual gratification he got since he odds are will spend most of his life in jail because of it.
