Transvestism? I seldom laugh when i see ignorance on this subject but you gave me a wide grin. First of al thats not even a word. Secondly a transvestite has nothing to do with the pre operative stages of sex change known as being a transsexual. A transvestite is a gay dude who partially or fully mimics traditional female attire and periodically socializes under a female provodo but is not female nor ever will be. Clinically there is no universal scientific concensus to why certain gay men act out this way . Now a TRANSSEXUAL is a male or female who are literally born with a contradicting gender to their biological sex. Science has vastly supported this what is accepted clinically as a birth defect. He or she then undergos a lengthy and very challenging physical metamorphisis which is concluded with sex reassignment surgery. After that is complete the birth certificate is changed to the appropriate sex and that person is legally that sex. So again... Dont worry about the "trans". One has no relationto the other. Much like transiate, transunion, transformer etc
