I think its normal to fantasize about friends. But they might not appreciate it. But hopefully your giving them big dicks so if you do get caught maybe they be complemented.

Maybe it is ok for private personal use at home but do not ever, ever show it to anyone else or say anything to anyone, because it can create troubles of different kinds for you.
 
i don't know if it's "wrong" or not if it's just for personal use, but i agree you should never post them anywhere and you should be prepared for the consequences if they ever find out.

just in case you are considering it, posting photos like that here on JUB would be deleted because they are of "real" people.
