Locally I always have better choices than fast food. We have tons of little restaurants and carts that offer casual, quick and cheap food. It's easy to get food with substance beyond the fat+salt=flavor formula.

Once a year or so I'll get a milkshake from Burgerville. Otherwise, nothing.

It makes me feel guilty saying I do eat fast food on this site, haha. Don't judge me! XD

But I dont eat it weekly or anything. I avoid it for the most part, but I do love me some Carls Jr. It's really hard for me to avoid sometimes, since I suck at cooking and healthy alternatives are either far away or expensive. Sometims my family will end up deciding to get Taco Bell and I'll complain about how fast food is bad and we need to eat healthier foods, but end up eating a taco, because I'm hungry. -_- Again, I do avoid it for the most part; it's nutritional content will kill you (cuz it has none)!

Golden Corral has some great homemade tasting food/my uncle takes us there every year for his birthday/he's rich lol--and I haven't gotten sick eating there yet **knock on wood**

Yeah we have Taco Bell here but, I think only in Madrid, I haven't come across one in Barcelona. I haven't found on in the UK either but, I don't visit London that much so, maybe they're there.

As for feeling good after I've danced my drunken arse off all night, it's not just fast food, it's anything I do. It always feels perfect. :)

I go to McDonalds etc once or twice a year, always because someone else wanted to go.
If you go rarely i'm sure you'll be fine. x
 
I eat fast food a couple of times a month. It's fun while you're doing it but you always regret it afterwards.

A friend of mine eats McDonalds several times a week, but because he works out like a crazy man hes really built. Even if I worked out as much as him I don't think I could eat like that lol.
