I felt sorry for my nephew (age 19). She is really fat/obese.

I saw a funny link on here about dieting and weight lost programs/advice and its true.
Can anyone remember the link/site ?

That link might help her because it give good advice and its funny.

your nephew is a she? :)

try the search functions and look for any/all threads including weight loss or excercise.

check the stickys in the top, Kara has done a few that might help

or try google, google is your friend, whole wealth of information for him/her :)

uuummm....duh....lol

sites like that are all the same, NOTHING is free, they wont ever tell you the good stuff unless you pay.

either go to a library and get some books for her, or buy some cheap on amazon.

google search, find fitness forums, or read through and make notes of information in threads that have been started here.

but a few minutes at the beginning is good advice.
If people are clever enough they should just take a few minutes of that advice and do something about it. The rest is just repeating. No need to buy any book.
