A gem, she is! She's always been very active in youth work, as far as I can remember. Lennox and Lauper, both from the same era, genre and frame of mind. Honourable and inspirational women.

She's simply amazing.

I've always thought that Toronto also needs some sort of transitional housing for our kids. And they are our kids because if we don't take care of the children that have been kicked out of their homes because of their orientation then who will..

I did forward the information about this place to an organization that provides safe housing to addicts and men in recovery. By an act of God one of these houses ended up having gay men as a majority of the residents and those residents were in early twenties. Hopefully in the expansion of what they are seeking to do will include those who are most vulnerable in our community our LGBT kids.

"Time After Time" pulls at my heartstrings. I love all the other selections too, plus her cover of "When You Were Mine", "Money Changes Everything", "The Goonies 'R' Good Enough", "My First Night Without You" and "Hole In My Heart (All The Way To China)".

I've seen her in concert a couple of time - phenomenal! My favorite song is the dance version of Shine.

"Time after Time" is my favorite. I saw her in concert twice. She opened for Cher twice. She was great in concert.
