I thought it would be fun and helpful to have a thread for healthy vegetarian and/or vegan meals.
Here is a recipe that Transpogue (sp?) has done recently:
Breakfast:
a chopped banana,
a pear, date,
almonds
top with fresh grated ginger,
carob powder
ground flax
hemp protein
splashed with hemp milk
And for inspiration, here is a video clip of Jim Morris. He is a 72 year old vegan bodybuilder
