Re: Queen

My favorite from Queen is Who Wants to Live Forever?

God, that's probably their most beautiful song, and the the video is beautiful as well. It always gives me chills whenever I listen to it.

Back Chat from Live at the Bowl (my favorite performance from that cd/dvd)

Re: Queen

Anyone have a video of when they stole the show at Live Aid?

Re: Queen

Freddie had an unmatched voice, and very few artists have the range that he does. IMO Chester from Linkin Park is similar in his range, but still no where near Freddie.

Now I'm wishing I had caught the band in concert.....

Re: Queen

i just heard the majority of "Under Pressure" with David Bowie for the 1st time the other day and i can NOT get it outta my head. i think just about everyone likes "Bohemian Rhapsody" whether you're a fan or not

Under Pressure is a very addictive song. Especially the bassline (which Vanilla Ice ripped off some years later) The band Keane did a cover of it for the BBC Radio 1 anniversary compilation thing, and its probably one of the best Queen covers I've heard.

Re: Queen

The other night they had a biography on Freddie on LOGO.

It was so sad, the last days before his death. :(

Back in the day though, he was really handsome.

Re: Queen

There's not another voice to compare. I can't imagine a better showman. There's not a day goes by I don't catch myself thinking about Freddie.

Re: Queen

When he died,we lost not only a great voice but also an amazing entertainer. He put on some of the best shows ever.No one can compare to his raw talent and energy.A true superstar.:=D::=D::=D::=D:

Re: Queen

Love Queen

This song always puts me in a good mood:

"Fat Bottomed Girls"

Freddie Mercury

Damn, this impersonation is solid. You can almost not distinguish them!

Re: Freddie Mercury

Uncanny. Remarkably close to the one and only original.

Re: Freddie Mercury

Great voice, hope it's not a good lip sync. If it is real he has a great chance at a tribute band, just need to works on the FM persona style and flare..

I don't think it is. The voice was very similar to Freddie, but it wasn't Freddie singing. I think it's because singing came as easily for him as it did for Freddie.

The boy has talent.
