Mid 90s Bold and the Beautiful was pretty good too!

I like how the B&B openings evoke high fashion. I've never watched it and I assume that fashion is central to the show (or at least was) but I really like these openings from it that people have been posting.

^ Yep. Fashion definitely plays a big role on the show. The main family owns/runs a fashion line, and there's enough drama centered around that without all the other stuff that goes on.

The openings are so cool, as they show the major characters in mixes of glamor and everyday shots ...not to mention the fast-pace, in-your-face music sends one on a rush. It's a lot to take in at once.

Wow so they actually have kept the fashion line in the show? If it was on ABC it def would've been gone. I mean OLTL has had the same main character since it came on in 68 but her family's newspaper is barely mentioned and it doesn't really play into the storyline at all. Her brother's crappy tabloid has more of a role. Pretty sad. Hate when history is ignored.

B&B main storylines for the past 3 years have been on the fashion house Forrester Creations vs Jacki M designs.

at least 5 times a year, they have fashion face off where celebrity judges choose the winner.
