Favorite Soup

Since I'm partial to all things Greek, I would have to say Avgolemono Soup which is chicken lemon soup. Yum! I can make a meal of it.
 
Chicken Noodle
Minnestrone
Vegetable & Beef Soup
Split Pea
Potato (and Potato & Cheese)
Cream of Broccoli
Clam Chowder
Seafood Bisque
Lobster Bisque
 
Soup I make up on the spur of an inspiration turns out great about 80% of the time.
You can start with a chicken thigh. Sorta poach it/stew it in a pint or so of water. Add whatever veggies you have that you fancy. Cut it up small. Add herbs.
Can't go wrong. Well, hardly ever.
