Favourite Reba McEntire songs

To this day I still get a flashback to the chorus "Here's you 1 chance Fancy don't let me down."....I Love "Fancy"...

If I remember correctly Reba would walk out on stage wearing a worn jacket and hat then during the Climax of "Fancy" she'd bring the Drama and snatch the clothes off turning into "Super Diva" from head to toe.....

..LOL...Goota Love Reba...

Travisevian, I love that tops on your list are the older stuff. You Lift Me Up is one of my all-time favorites of hers; I just smile and sing my heart out every time I hear it. !oops! First time I saw her in concert, she opened with So, So, So Long--which makes it special for me. Behind the Scenes and Just A Little Love are my favorite albums from the old days. Such amazing stuff there.

Reba is indeed a staunch Republican and she's proud of it and not afraid to support her political party...She is not a Radical Loon like Angelina Jolies Famous Father Jon Voight...There's a difference...

With a catalog of 300+ original songs, It'd be impossible to really narrow them down to a top ten, or a top fifteen like I did. I currently have 690 Reba songs in my library, including duplicates from various compilation I just had to have!

Well, I've not really sat down and analyzed the lyrics but I've interpreted it to be a story of someone who's had an affair with a man who becomes a preacher but has renounced his previous life and relationship. The track definitely has a mystique about it, doesn't it?

It does, indeed. In fact, the last half of that album is the best with regard to lyrical punch, I think.
