Good news - since attending our tenant community Thanksgiving potluck last week, no food poisoning this year!
 
I am not a germaphobe, never have been. I believe that some exposure to germs is good for my immune system.
 
I'm not a germaphobe per se I HATE BEING SICK PERIOD! Nothing is ever simple with me, A common cold that might last a regular person a week or 2 will easily last me 3-4 because of my asthma. Forget getting the Flu I will be fucked up 4-6 weeks before starting to feel like myself That fucking asthma will ALWAYS TRIGGER! And when it does its Inhalers and neb treatments every 6 hours, hot steams in the shower, and peppermint tea which I loathe might even end up on Mucinex Which after the first day is enough with the coughing, it starts really hurting the lungs I once had a coughing jag so bad I thought I bruised my lungs they hurt for 5 days after! So do I prefer to be germ free YES Am I afraid not really though cv19 has me spooked! Really don't want that fucker again!

Do you use Budesonide (Pulmicort) in your nebulization treatment?

No Xopenex (Levalbuterol) nebulizer, Generic Albuterol for my rescue inhaler, Zafirlukast controller pills and Breo or Arnuity Ellipta Inhaled Steroid I was getting off it but Cv19 sent me back on Breo!
