Unlikely. The anus and rectum, like most of the GI system, is rich in nervous tissue, however the nerve endings in the anus are primarily geared toward sensing distention and stretching (from sensations associated with defecation). The nervous tissue can also sense pain and a limited about of temperature changes, however since the temperature of fresh semen is the same temperature as the anal canal, there wouldn't be enough of a temperature difference to sense.

Ordinarily I would agree with KB 'cuz he's almost always right but in this case I can honestly say that I've felt it. It was more the sudden feeling of warmth than feeling an actual gush.
