Like 3 days ago I gave a friend of mine oral. I did not swallow any cum except maybe some pre cum. Tonight I feel like I'm going to vomit. I was depressed all day and now I just feel sick.

Well the answer is: It could be anything and it could be related.

But I don´t see a strong connection right now. The symptoms you describe are not very specific and could originate in a number of causes, like mitchymo already mentioned food that was bad or contaminated with something.

Any other symptoms? Did you actually have to vomit? When and what did you eat last time? Are you generally highly concerned about infections with STDs (because what you have right now could als be stress-induced)?
 
Well, I had a piece of chicken the other day. And before it got really bad I had 2 bowls of cereal.

As for my symptoms, just feeling nauseous, a fever, and possibly the chills. I took some medicine to help and I'm feeling a little better now.

I'm sure I'm just being paranoid. I didn't really feel too bad until the thought came into my head. After that I just got worse.
 
was your partner HIV positive? if not there is probably nothing to worry about... could be just the flu... either way if you're really worried
go to the doctor...
 
I'm pretty sure he is not. He told me he isn't and he is really shy around people. I have known him for a while now and he hardly every gets sick.

Can I get it if he doesn't have it? Kinda a dumb question...
 
You cannot get it from him if he does not have it. In any event, hiv requires a longer period to incubate, so I think there is no chance this is hiv.
 
Some people experience flu like symptoms a week or so after exposure, but i have never see nausia as symptom and 3 days is too soon. Since you are so scared, it my be psychosomatic.
