The past few months, I've been constantly in the whole. I cannot figure out why. I thought my budget was on track. How are you doing financially?

Pfft! I hate queing in the cold for my ration of bread and coffee.

I've always been poor and probably always will be... but I get by :D

Could be better, could be worse. I have months where I come out ahead and then other times I have to scrape money just to put gas in my car.

Just depends on what other expenses show up or how careless I've been with my spending.

So you have a car? Hmmm interesting...

no kids+no wife=financial security

One of the few advantages of being gay is that we don't have to throw away money on ingrates such as a wife and children. I love it.

Nope LOL I don't even buy gifts for people... I can't afford it
You can get some cute things at the dollar store. Like cool little picture frames or candy dishes or figurines. In case you've got an extra dollar or two.

I'm doing good. All bills are paid to date. Will have no credit card balances after June 2007, Then I'll be able to pay them off each month if I use them... Better than I was 10 years ago.

Not financially well to do but not hurting either...I budget for every househoold expense and pay my bills on time...Work a little O/T when I need a few dollars for bar night..

meh.

I'm doing fine.

I'm not about to buy that mansion in the Hollywood Hills I was looking at, but I did buy a car, two motorcycles and complete new furniture for my new apartment this year.

In cash.

So you know... I'm not starving just yet.

hey Nonimus I'm another guy that you'de be wasting your time robbing..unless you need a condom....that seems to be all I have in my wallet

I'd happily throw it all away for an ingrateful child. :)

I wasn't quite sure what to mark. I have a 401(K), an IRA and a Roth IRA, the total of which is in six figures.

My only debt is my condo mortgage. I have enough money to live off of for a year if I was fired. However, I still don't feel financially independent. Unless I had $1.5 million and could live off the $75,000 a year before taxes that a 5% return would give, I'll never really feel completely financially secure.

But I always pay off my credit cards in full every month and by no means live paycheck to paycheck. That would worry be into an early grave.
