WTF is up with them including Maddie in that pic? It's supposed to be featuring Noah and Luke as a couple. I guess TV guide readers can't handle seeing pictures of gay people so they had to numb it by adding the girl.

That picture was an old promo pic they did for one of the first articles covering the storyline. I have the issue of the TV Guide somewhere in this house
 
As I am. I believe the touching of the hands is symbolic of them coming together. Although eventually there has to be a little more action. But for now I'm satisfied.

One of the great things about ATWT was always the sense of an ensemble cast....

That seems to be disappearing. Budget cuts, I'd guess, but really...they need to expand their scope a little....

Where's Emma ? Where's a juicy role for Lucinda ? Is Emily coming back in out lifetimes ???

The writing is just being very inconsistent lately. Starting with Noah seeing exactly what happened to Luke, then in the next scene being totally clueless....

And progressing to other things. What does Barbara do aside from walking around pissed off and vindictive all the time ?

What happened to 'Dr. Susan's ' role ?? We're supposed to believe she's a Dr., but never see her practicing medicine. :rolleyes:

And what of Vienna ? She 'inherited' a diner, but she hasn't been seen in months.....

I have said the same exact sentiments. But I must give "ATWT" props for the amazing job they have done showcasing Dr. Susan (as played by the Emmy-due Marie Masters) in 2006/07.

The only reason she has been absent as of late is because Emily's portrayer Kelly Menighan-Hensley has been off having her baby ... but Menighan-Hensley will be coming back to the show next month and I'm hoping they pick up where they left off with this fantastic storyline.

Unfortunately I didn't quite get what I was looking for in their last episode, surprise. Heck, they didn't even kiss. Aren't they overdue for their monthly quota?
 
Alexandra Chandro, the Emmy nominated actress that has played Maddie on the show for the past two and a half years announced she is definitely leaving this week.

There never was any tension in this "triangle" anyways.

Kinda the same way there is no tension with Carly/Jack/Katie.

Why don't the writers actually surprise the hell out of us and have Jack chose to stay with Katie FOR THE LONG HAUL?!?!

Now that would be one helluva plot twist we wouldn't see coming! :)

I have mixed feelings about Lily now. There are so many times I wanna reach into the screen and throttle her for her sheer stupidity and then there are times I wanna hug her. The throttling more has to do with her cluelessness and innocent act as to why her marriage is continuing to deteriorate. She knows Dusty is the common factor as to why Holden is angry at her, yet she still goes running to him every single time, as if he is her only friend/confidante. Holden probably wouldn't be as mad if she would listen to what he tries to get through to her about her lying and always turning to Dusty. I don't blame Holden if he has jealousy over their relationship. I don't think I would feel comfortable having my boyfriend always lingering on another man's words, and doing anything he wants over my needs....

Then I love her because she does love her kids, and love that she is there pushing Luke to open up to Noah and allow him to help.

Sigh....I do love this show :lol:
 
I like Jennifer Landon as Gwen FINALLY now that word is coming out that the double Emmy-winner will flee the show when her contract ends this winter/spring but her mom is becoming such a cartoon character.

I remember watching that actress (Teri Garber) on "Dynasty" and the then way-too-cool for it's time "Santa Barbara" but don't like her as Gwen's mom. I mean, selling her niece/nephew? To her daughter and son-in-law? Come on.
