Bears First time at bear sauna

Heading to my first one here in a few days and was hopeing for some advice from some bears on the possible unspoken rules of a sauna. or just some general thoughts. Thanks

Bears are awesome, you won't have a problem, they are the gay community at its best, everywhere. (My experience, of course)

I've never really heard of one either. Are they strictly for bears? If not, are non-Bears accepted or just tolerated?

Steamworks in Chicago has a day once a month called Bears, Baths and Beyond, featuring Bears for the afternoon.

Just be yourself, and be mindful of others, and everything will be fine... after all, we bears are the cuddliest of all the gays!

Cuddly but not really accepting. From what I can see.

Beware of crabs...I don't do saunas but this has been a common complaint from those who have.
