No, it will not change your feelings for women if you sleep with a guy first if you are truly bisexual, it shouldn't even be an issue if you know you are bisexual, and since you stated in the affirmative you should know (?). And "sucking dick and having anal" alone doesn't make you gay. That is ignorant. Being gay is having sexual and romantic attraction primarily or exclusively to members of one’s own sex.
 
My first time was with a woman and she was the only one I had been with for 17 years--it can work...we would still be together if she had not decided that sex was no longer needed. But now that I have been with men--I don't think I could ever be with a woman again.

As for the question, I wouldn't get all bent out of shape as far as labels are concerned. If you are bi, and aren't sure either way, it actually might do you some good to sleep with your guy friend and find out yourself before you make any commitments.

Because once you're married, that's it. You need to remain faithful to your wife and forget about playing around with anyone else -- be it man or woman. If that doesn't sound appealing to you, you might want to reconsider marriage in the first place.
