Well I'm not sure this is the right forum for this but it's the most appropriate one that I found...

Ok so I've recently just started dating a guy for the first time, I've never done anything with anybody before.... We talked about what we'd like to do in bed next time and I think we're probably gonna rim and do anal...

Question is, I've never had anybody rim me before so I'm very nervous.. how can I make sure I'm clean enough? What can I do? just take a shower and wash that area carefully or is there something more?

If you finger your hole in the shower,
feces might come out. So finger your hole with water until nothing comes out.

Suggest eat pretty light day b4 and day of, and really relax and have a good bowel movment. Then shower REALLY good and wash ur ass REALLY good, finger it good and let water run good around it as ur fingering.

And then do a test. SMELL ur fingers after and if they still smell then do it again. Aside from douching which would wash out better 4 cleaner fucking. The washing should be just fine for rimming.

Rimming is a amazing feeling and feel good....And best do all the above and then take another shower with him and play in the shower and wash each other up and it will be really clean.
 
I disagree slightly with racer2438. The ass crack should have some odor ... not a shitty one, but one that is unique to a reasonably clean, not overwashed anal area. Each part of the human body has its special, natural scent. I would find rimming an ass with no scent rather a let-down.
 
I've been thinking about cleanliness of the anus too. Sex can happen spontaneously so I think it's just a matter of cleaning your ass everyday in the shower and using flush able wipes when you use the bathroom.

I wash myself rather in a unique way. I have a bidet and just rinse myself and never worry about it. I suppose it rinses cleaner than just toilet paper, while I still acquire a natural scent eventually.

For me, part of rimming is the scent and the smell. There have been times when the odor is too rank for my liking, in which case I moved onto other things. There were cases when it was way clean which still was okay. For me, it's best when there is a scent and I like the guy. :)

By the way, I don't have a bidet. I said I do to illustrate what I do. I use shower or bath faucet or whatever else at hand.
 
clean up in the shower...BUTT.... do not stick soap up there. The chemicals from the soap, unless you use an all natural one like olive oil with no chems, can irritate the mucous lining of the colon. You want to keep it moist and not dry it out with chemicals from soaps.

So only water or very mild natural soap to clean out... also can you use some powder to keep clean. ONLY use one with corn starch and aloe vera and\or zinc oxide. Do NOT use any with Talc as that can irritate too. :wave:

Chrisdobro is right on the money. The scent is a big part of rimming for me, and it needs to be a natural smell, without being what you would call rank. And it does add a lot if you like the guy!
 
As much as I like to watch a beefy guy get rimmed, and as much as I like a fat ass on a guy, watching and performing are two different things.

Being said, I have rimmed two guys before and one guy had a manly smell but nice and the other guy's ass smelled awful and I quickly moved on to other things, lol

My advice for you would be to wash your butt VERY WELL and then afterwards wipe it with a baby wipe or some kind of scented wipe. It works well for me and will save you the embarrassment.
